Studies show arts education not only decreases feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation but also positively impacts all-around academic performance. As students struggle through incredible loss, the arts are not a luxury, they are a tool for recovery. The California Alliance for Arts Education, in partnership with Arts for LA, created an advocacy toolkit and a training webinar empowering advocates to educate officials about the benefits of arts education.
