California State PTA SMARTS "Bring Back
the Arts" Campaign
California State PTA (CAPTA) has launched a campaign called SMARTS "Bring
Back the Arts." The campaign is designed to help parents, teachers
and legislators understand just how important the arts are. CAPTA wants
to create advocates for quality arts education at every school in California.
