12 Tips to Make Your Company More Creative

 In this article by Ronald Brown he gives businesses 12 tips for making their companies more creative. These tips parallel what every educator knows about building a student’s creative thinking skills and why the California Alliance for Arts Education has made an investment in our community to support a local alliance. Mr. Brown states that companies need to hire for innate creativity,  since “Bringing people on-board with high “creativity quotients” will pay off enormously in the long-run.” He further explains that business, as schools, can train for creativity, “ It’s a structured and rich process, and everybody, regardless of inherent abilities, can improve their creativity with practice.”
